Our Process

Here is how our shiitake mushroom farming process will work.

  1. Substrate Preparation

    We prepare sawdust-based growing blocks, the ideal substrate for shiitake mushroom cultivation. Each block will be carefully sterilized and inoculated with quality shiitake spawn to support strong, healthy mycelium growth from the very start.

  2. IoT-Monitored Growing

    Smart sensors inside our growing rooms continuously track temperature, humidity, and CO2 levels around the clock. Real-time data and automated alerts allow us to maintain the perfect climate for shiitake mushrooms at every stage of growth.

  3. Harvest and Quality Check

    Once shiitake mushrooms reach optimal size and firmness, they will be carefully hand-harvested and inspected to ensure only the highest quality reaches our customers.

  4. Farm to Your Table

    Fresh shiitake mushrooms will be packed and delivered directly to customers in Thimphu and Paro, with minimal handling to ensure maximum freshness.
